🌳 The Orchard Update — v1.1.0 Limited-Time Farming Event

The Orchard is a limited-time farming area introduced in v1.1.0 (The Orchard Update). Buy in for 10 septillion Cash and you get a grove of growable lemon trees: plant a tree, let it mature, and it locks in a set of mutations that every fruit it produces will carry. Harvest that fruit to eat for temporary buffs, sell for Orchard-only Tokens, or replant to grow more trees. The Orchard shop is run by Bob the Alien — a new NPC distinct from Joe the Alien (the Rebirth NPC). The Orchard is best suited to early-to-mid progression; a Purity-stage evolution is recommended to grow the most valuable trees. ⚠️ The Orchard is NOT a permanent system: it ends July 27, 2026, and its features go away when the window closes.

Buy Orchard → plant an Orchard Tree → tree matures and locks in its mutations → tree produces mutated Fruit → use that Fruit to eat (buff), sell (Tokens), or replant (more trees) → spend Tokens at Bob the Alien's shop on Fertilizers, permanent Plot Upgrades, new plots of land, and decoration repairs.

Unlike Ascension, Rebirth, and Evolution, the Orchard is NOT affected by any reset layer — your trees, mutations, and event progress survive prestige. However, the Orchard itself is limited-time: when the July 27 close hits, the orchard features go away, so bank your Tokens before it closes.

The Orchard adds new interacting systems. Each guide below breaks down the mechanics, numbers, and strategy.

Early on, prioritize growth speed so trees finish fast: Growth Fertilizer plus the Irrigation Kit and Soil Enricher plot upgrades. Once income is stable, pivot to mutation upgrades — Mysterious/Ascendant Fertilizer with Enriched Uranium and Lucky Clovers plot upgrades — to push for high-value Cash mutations like Perfect (+777%).
